Primal Egg Coffee
My version of Mark Sisson's Primal Egg Coffee. I use 1 egg (vs 2 eggs, or 3 yolks), add MCT creamer, and zero-calorie sweeteners.
Directions: Put the egg in the blender, then add all ingredients except the espresso. Add the espresso last, then immediately turn the blender on. Use a smoothie setting, or manually start slow, then increase to fastest, for about 10 seconds. Pour the result into your travel thermos and go!
- 4g (1 teaspoon) granulated sugar.
- 350ml (~12 ounces) espresso.
- 4-5 drops vanilla stevia.
- 2g (2 packets) sucralose (Splenda) sweetener.
- 2 dashes (~ 1.5g) cinnamon.
- 2 pinches (~ 0.7g) sea salt.
- 8g (1 tablespoon) MCT creamer.
- 1 large egg.
